VOTING BENEFITS - For Regular Members (A1-A5 ONLY) Voting power is based upon the voting schedule below. Each regular member company may cast a ballot. This must be done by that company’s designated representative on an official ballot. Ballots will be mailed to all regular member companies as soon as nominations close. Each regular member company may vote for one candidate for each vacant seat. An independent auditor/TPA will make a confidential vote count. The candidate with the most votes wins the longest term associated with that seat. The candidate with the second highest tally will serve for the shorter term.
