2010 DEMA Board of Directors Special Election for Vacant A2
(Certification and Training Organizations) Board Seat

Attention DEMA Member Voting Delegates Please follow the steps below to submit your vote in DEMA's 2010 Special A2 Board of Directors Seat Election:
1. Your 2010 membership dues must be paid by 5:00 pm Pacific time on Monday, April 12, 2010, in order for you ballot to be counted.
a) To renew your dues for the 2010 calendar year now click here.
2. Click here to review 2010 A2 Board Candidate Biographies & Position Statements.
3. Complete one of the options below to submit your ballot:
a) Submit your vote online by clicking here. Online voting will be available until 5:00pm Pacific time on April 12, 2010.
In order to submit your ballot online you will need to be a current member and have your username and password for the members only area of www.dema.org. If you are already a 2010 DEMA Member and need to retrieve your username and password you can do so at the login prompt or contact us at (858) 616-6408 or membership@dema.org.
b) Download and print out the ballot using the link provided below and send to GPM between March 12, 2010 and April 12, 2010 via fax at (949) 251-9332 or via mail at:

PLEASE ONLY SEND YOUR BALLOT TO GPM BETWEEN THE OFFICIAL VOTING PERIOD; MARCH 12, 2010 TO APRIL 12, 2010.
PLEASE DO NOT FAX OR MAIL YOUR BALLOT DIRECTLY TO DEMA.
